Please read the following terms and conditions
before confirming your booking. Your signature on the booking
form indicates that you have read, understood and accept these
terms.

A 30% instalment of the total cost of your stay (after any applicable
discounts have been applied and excluding the deposit) is payable
upon booking. The balance is due no later than 8 weeks prior
to your arrival date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks
of your arrival the full amount becomes payable at the time
of booking.
Bookings can only be considered confirmed following receipt
of the initial instalment (or the full amount if the booking
is made within 8 weeks of arrival). Plymouth Holidays will provide
confirmation that this payment has been received.
Failure to make any balancing payment at least 8 weeks before
your arrival date may result in the apartment being re-marketed
for the period of your booking. If this leads to a replacement
booking being made then your original booking will be deemed
to have been cancelled and the cancellation fee as described
below will be charged in full.
A fully refundable damages deposit of £100 is payable
when your holiday balance becomes due. This payment will be
returned in full by cheque within 10 working days of your departure
to the lead name supplied at the time of booking less any deductions
for damage, breakages or loss however caused. In the event of
a cancellation this fee will automatically be refunded in full.
Full details of prices for bookings are provided on our website
www.plymouthholidays.co.uk. Prices are not fixed until your
booking has been confirmed, and may be periodically updated.
All prices shown are without any applicable discounts, which
will need to be taken off the total cost of the booking. No
discount applies to the damages deposit. Please take care that
the total cost of your stay is correctly calculated as any errors
are likely to delay your booking confirmation.
Payments should be made by cheque or standing order to Plymouth
Holidays (account details are provided with the booking form).

Booking cancellations must be received in writing. If the cancellation
is made more than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date a cancellation
fee representing the full 30% initial instalment is charged.
If your cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before your arrival
date, and the apartment is not re-let during this period, then
the full holiday cost is forfeited. However Plymouth Holidays
will endeavour to find a replacement booking for this period.
If the apartment is successfully re-let, then, where the value
of this new booking is in excess of your cancellation fee, Plymouth
Holidays will refund the difference, up to the maximum value
of your stay. Where booking periods overlap the daily rates
stated on our website will be used to calculate any refund due.

Keys are available between the hours of 3.00pm and 9.00pm on
your arrival day. Alternative arrival times must be agreed in
advance, but Plymouth Holidays will make every effort to accommodate
your requirements. In particular, we may be able to offer luggage
storage facilities, should you arrive before the earliest available
check-in time. Please confirm details of your arrival time at
least 48 hours in advance and contact us as soon as possible
if these times change.
Plymouth Holidays offers a free connection service from either
Plymouth City airport, Plymouth mainline station or nearby residential
parking. If you require this connection service you must provide
arrival details 8 days in advance. In the unlikely event that
we are unable to collect you in person, Plymouth Holidays may
provide a replacement taxi service free of charge. The free
connection service cannot be guaranteed if you do not arrive
at the time agreed in advance.
All accommodation must be vacated by 11am on your day of departure.
Failure to vacate by this time may result in a day rate charge
being applied. You will still be required to vacate the apartment
immediately.
If you wish to extend your stay (subject to availability of
the apartment) beyond your booking period a verbal agreement
will be acceptable and agreement to the terms on the initial
booking form will remain extant. Payment for any additional
period of your stay is due upon agreement.

On no account should the maximum number of persons, as agreed
upon booking, be exceeded. The apartment sleeps a maximum of
four people plus one infant, if a travel cot has been requested.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the premises.
No pets of any kind are permitted within the property.
The owner of the property and/or their agent reserve the right
to enter the property at any reasonable time to carry out essential
repairs to the accommodation or its contents. Major work will
not be undertaken during any occupation unless in the case of
emergency.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the apartment becomes unavailable
for the period of your booking all efforts will be made to offer
suitable alternative accommodation. If this is not possible
all monies paid by the hirer will be refunded in full but Plymouth
Holidays will not incur any further liability of any kind and
in no circumstances will we be liable to refund any amount exceeding
the total amount paid by the hirer.
Plymouth Holidays cannot undertake any liability for loss, damage,
injury or accident to the hirer or any member of the hirer's
party however caused whilst in the occupation of its properties.
You are strongly advised to purchase independent travel insurance
to cover any such events.
The apartment cannot be considered in any way as a guest's main
or permanent residence.
Due care and consideration must be given to other residents
of Mitre Court. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after
9pm, particularly in the communal areas of the courtyard.
Plymouth Holidays reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal
of anyone or any party not complying with the conditions, damaging
the property, causing a nuisance to other residents or exceeding
the number of guests per apartment as stated on the booking
form.
If you wish to be considered for the 10% green discount you
must inform us at the time of booking. Your eligibility for
the scheme will be assessed over your entire journey to Plymouth,
typically from your home town (unless agreed otherwise), and
for each guest staying in the apartment. In order to qualify,
no part of your journey must involve air travel, and you must
not use a private car (including rental vehicles and taxis)
to arrive in Plymouth. Plymouth Holidays offer free collection
services from the city's train and coach stations to make your
journey easier. Use of a hire car while in Plymouth does not
invalidate your claim.
In order to claim, please book and pay for your reservation
in the normal way, as detailed above. Bring your travel tickets
and/or booking forms with you, to validate each section of your
journey, and ensure these are shown during the check-in procedure.
Your 10% discount will then be refunded back to you at the end
of your stay, at the same time as your deposit refund (see above
for details).
To qualify for this discount you must have stayed at the Barbican
Base within two years of your return visit. Please inform us
at the time of booking if you are eligible for this discount,
providing the dates of your original stay, so that we can match
these to our own records. We will then take 10% of the amounts
payable on your reservation. Please note this discount only
applies to your second visit, and not any subsequent visits. |
