The main route into Plymouth is on the A38, which can be picked
up having taken the M5 to Exeter. As a more scenic alternative
the A303 offers a quick and more direct route if coming from
the South or South East. Having followed the A38 all the way
into Plymouth come off at the Marsh Mills roundabout, heading
left along the river on the A374, which will take you all the
way into the city centre. Having arrived at the Cattedown roundabout
turn left onto Exeter Street (still the A374). After about 500yds
(and before the next roundabout) take the left fork onto Breton
Side (the B3240). At the mini-roundabout take the left exit
onto Vauxhall Street. After following the road around a 90 degree
right hand corner Southside street is the fourth turning on
the left. Mitre Court is on the right-hand side of the street,
just past the Co-op and post office.

Parking
Free parking is now available within seconds of the apartment. Note also that if you have a valid disabled badge

the council-run car parks or street parking bays across the
city.
